Use of Service
StaffNest provides workforce management and rota management software for security and shift-based companies. Access to the platform is granted subject to your organisation's subscription agreement and assigned user role.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. StaffNest supports role-based access including Platform Owner, Super Admin, Admin, Manager, Viewer, and Worker roles.
Data & Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Operational data is stored on secure, Supabase-backed infrastructure with appropriate access controls.
